titanRose user agreement

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TITANROSE AGREEMENT BEFORE CREATING AN ACCOUNT, DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND REMOVE ANY OF THE SOFTWARE YOU DOWNLOADED/INSTALLED.


1. Responsibilities of User.
A. Failure to comply with the rules set up by the titanRose staff may lead to denial of access in both game and forum. This may be at any moment, for any period of time when the staff deems it appropriate.

B. You agree that you shall not, under any circumstances,
(I) Deliberately access ones account without having the approval of it's owner. This includes any form of unrigtheous obtaining game-material that does not belong to you.
(II) Sell any of the game-material for real life currency.
(III) Exploit the game or any of its parts for personal gain. This includes, but is not limited to, the Game Client, third party programs or tools.
(IV) Create or maintain, under any circumstance, any unauthorized connections to the Game of Service. All connections to the game and/or service are to be made through the Client titanRose created.
(V) Use the chat function in game or any other form of communication hosted by/for titanRose for any unlawful purpose. In particular you shall not [a] eavesdrop, intercept or monitor any communication which is not intended for you, [b] use any form of codes or tools that are designed to distort or otherwise interfere with the communication, [c] use the communication methods for any commercial communication, [d] expose any other user to communication which is offensive, harmful to minors, indecent or otherwise objectionable.

2. Patches and Updates.
titanRose shall have the right to deploy or provide patches, updates and modifications to the Game, as needed or as useful to:
(I) enhance the gaming experience by adding new content to the Game;
(II) incorporating new features to the game;
(III) enhancing content or features already in the Game;
(IV) protect you and other players against cheating;
(V) make the gaming environment safer for you and other players.
These patches, updates and modifications can be patched by the user. If the user does decide not to patch them we do not stand responsible for any consequences.

3. Duration of the "On-line" component of the Game and other programs hosted by/for titanRose.
titanRose will use reasonable efforts to provide the Game Service all day, every day. However, titanRose reserves the right to suspend the Service for maintenance, testing, and other methods which would cause the service to be offline. titanRose can neither guarantee that you will always be able to communicate with other users nor guarentee that you can play the game without disruptions, delays, possible roll-backs or other minor flaws.

4. No responsibility for individual Communication.
You agree that the content of the communication with other users, by choice, through communication methods made for/by titanRose is entirely the responsibility
of the user from whom such content originates. You may therefore be exposed to cointent that is offensive, harmful to minors, indecent or otherwise objectionable. titanRose does not stand responsible for such sort of communications.

5. Changes to the Agreement.
titanRose may, from time to time, post notification of changes to this Agreement on the titanRose forums and/or website and may provide other notice which may include by email or pop-up screen. You will by continuing the use of service from there on agree with the changes within the Agreement.


I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand the foregoing Agreement as well as the game and forum-rules location in the forum created for titanRose and agree that the action of using the Game Services is an acknowledgement of my agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement contained herein.
