Patch V1.31

This patch released today introduces the Eldeon maps 'Forest of Wandering' and 'Marsh of Ghosts' to titanRose!

The newly worked maps introduce high level equipment, weapons and new materials. Monsters stats, item droptables, monster bugs and appearances have been fixed and greatly altered compared to past versions of these maps.

We have also done several improvements to the PVP Rank System including new low level instances. Enjoy the patch!
